The capital of Ibiza offers a variety of experiences to discover, especially in the historic district Dalt Vila. There is something for everyone here, from the 16th century Ibiza Castle to the Museum of Contemporary Art and picturesque walks through the beautiful cobbled streets.

Opened as a Grand Hotel back in 1933, Montesol is the oldest hotel on the island. Ibiza has 57 different beaches, so it is time to pack your favorite swimsuits and a pair of sunglasses. Have a plate of Sant Joan's macaroni peculiarly cooked in water with milk, cinnamon, sugar and lemon, which gives it a finishing touch quite similar to rice pudding.
