2011

  • Park Royal Ixtapa, Park Royal Cozumel, Park Royal Los Tules, Park Royal Acapulco, Park Royal Cancun and Park Royal Los Cabos received the Gold Crown Award from RCI, for consistently offering superior vacation experiences in areas such as amenities and guest services

2010

  • Park Royal Cozumel, Park Royal Ixtapa, Park Royal Los Tules, Park Royal Acapulco and Park Royal Cancun hotels received the Gold Crown award from RCI, for offering Royal Holiday member's superb holiday experiences and the highest standard in quality service
  • Park Royal Los Cabos received the Silver Crown award from RCI for offering a wonderful vacation experience and a high standard in guest satisfaction and quality service
  • The Better Business Bureau of Southeast Florida and the Caribbean raised Royal Holiday's Club rating to an "A" for Zero Complaints. This rating was based in quality service and complaint resolution
